Aims
Objectives
The FRESS Foundation is dedicated to the development of technological activities of general interest, especially:
1. To favour, contribute to, promote, foment, and divulge new information and technology systems that improve conditions of security and emergency for persons at risk of exclusion for physical reasons.
2. To favour, contribute to, promote, foment, and divulge the development of the information society.
3. To favour, contribute to, promote, foment, and divulge scientific research and technological development.
Activities
To achieve the objectives mentioned in the previous article, the Foundation will carry out all kinds of activities of research, education, promotion and formation. The development of the objectives of the Foundation can be carried out in the following manner, although the list is not exhaustive:
1. Directly by the Foundation, following programmes of
action that must be approved by the Foundation's Board.
2. By the creation per cooperation with other entities of any
type, as long as they conform to the Foundation's
objectives.
3. By participating in the development of the activities of
other entities or persons that contribute to the achievement
of the objectives.
Also, with the object of obtaining income, the Foundation may carry out commercial activities whose objects are related to the objectives of the Foundation or are complementary or accessory to them.
Beneficiaries
Possible beneficiaries of the Foundation may be any not for profit persons or entities, with no discrimination whatsoever.
